I need help with Risk AI

Hey guys, I finished making a risk game and was wondering if anyone would be willing to make an AI for it. Most of the time human players are either just too good or you cant find enough to join up for a game, that's where AI would come in. If anyone can do this i will give you +rep and credits where they are due.

The AI would need... (if not all, then most)
• To be able to attack other AI and playing players
• To be able to take control of an empire (all regions for a bonus)
• Be able to control spawned units
• Know what units to build according to how much gold and what units the players have
• Be able to do anything else you think is necessary!

Here is some information about the map that might be useful.
• There are 43 Barracks which can make 4 different units.
• Also 43 Towers, and capture regions where there is always at least 1 unit.
• The map is fairly small, 128x160.
• 12 spawn regions and 12 empires (empires spawn extra units for being controlled)

Any help at all is appreciated, I have no experience in making AI and have no idea where to even start. If anyone can either help or at least point me in the right direction, +rep for you!
