Was going to use this for a map. Didn't end up using it. Ported directly from game files and modified to be WC3 friendly.

Updated to use Navys ported version with my teamcolor textures in .dds format which compress up to 5 times smaller than .blp textures when the map is saved as a file and render more efficiently resulting in higher FPS in game.

Here is the version without "skinweightts". WoW Models don't use it. All the animations work perfectly fine. Can be open and viewed with any app ;)

Kruithne/Bogdan/Twilac's scripts are using skin weight (weight painting) data. Converting to MDX800 converts the skin weight data and works for some WoW models for the 3d preview on hive. Uploaded an example.
that results from your convertion process, wow models don't have skinweights, never did
