Wourld Editor Unlimited failed...

Hello everybody,

I am still mapmaking with the Wourld Editor Unlimited, since two month i got a error message : "The Patch was unsuccessful" ....

I allready deainstall all other map editing tools.

Afterwards i've reinstalled Wc3 RoC and TFT , then WEU.

Nothing work...and i cant go on with maping.

Anyone got a idea?
Need help , Thanks a lot.

For which triggers do you use weu?
It's commonly known that WEU has various bugs and thus, shouldn't be used.

If you are willing to show a few triggers of your map which use the advanced fetures, I may try to make a workaround

problem is... i am not opening any map , i try start WEU first , cant get it runned...

so the bug isnt in the map i think.

Well WEU could crash if it's not compatible with the version of wc3
If you recently updated your version, downgrade it to.. 1.21 or similar.

aha so WEU is bugged? new 4 me but thatæs probelly why my Map stopped working... All DC-ed When i had started using the Protect Thingi in the WEU Enchanter

After you used the protect-thingy, did you change the author name or map description?
The protection is: if you change one of those, the map will go kablamo...

And one more thing: don't use advanced triggers... only use WEU for terraining.

Ahh... Well probelly did that but the Map was Putted down so we won't be working on it andmore we startet a new one and uses WEU only for terraining as you Told but u told abit late thou
