We have a High Elf sub-faction (Blood Elves) and a Night Elf sub-faction (Nightborne) in the Horde so I see nothing wrong with making a Human sub-faction as well.

The Alteraci isn't limited to Syndicate, we have the Blackthorn Bandits in Warcraft 3, as well as the Ravenholdt Assassins, and then some former Syndicate defectors

Blizzard could make a lore expansion of the Stonemason's Guild as former Alteraci Labourers and Peasants seeking amends for the Alliance so they rebuilt Stormwind and so the Defias Brotherhood could be aligned with them

And then we have the Fogsail Pirates who could be close to them

The proposed classes would be:

Warrior - staple class for all humans
Hunter - because anyone can use a bow or rifle and do the thing
Mage - staple class for all humans
Priest - staple class for all humans
Paladin - in Warcraft 3 we have the Bandit Lords who are heavily implied to be former Silverhand Knights
Warlock - there's no moral ascendancy here as long as you are beneficial then go
Rogue - banditry is what defines the Alteraci in their survival and adaptation

The proposed major characters would be:

Lord Blackthorn - leader of the Blackthorn Bandits and the Regent Lord of Alterac
Jorach Ravenholdt - leader and representative of the Ravenholdt Guild
Captain Owings - leader and representative of the Fogsail Pirates
Vanessa Vancleef - leader and representative of the Defias Brotherhood
Master Ryson - representative of the former Syndicate defectors
and then some kid that is heir to the Perenolde Crown, perhaps Aliden's son who ran away

The proposed minor characters would be:

Kira Iresoul
Kris Legace
"Silvermoon Harry"
Lady Arintol

No way!
  1. The faction inbalance is already rediculous as it is, with 75+% of players (mains) being Horde, and Blizzard pretty much giving the Horde all the love. Humans are the only played race of the Alliance, that gets any love really, with more than half Alliance being Humans, so giving Humans to the Horde would annhiliate what remains of the Alliance and kill the two faction system, which is core to the game.
  2. All the allied races have their unique models. While (most) Kul Tiran NPCs have normal Human models, playable use fat human models. And all Alteraci use normal Human models, so you can technically already make an Allteraci Human(as Alliance).
  3. Lorewise they hate the Horde as much as the Alliance. and are mistrustfull of both.
  4. Blizzard seems to have scrapped the allied races in Shadowlands, and went for cosmetic customization instead. It's simpler, so I doubt we'll be seeing allied races post BfA, plus it's obviouse that SL has lesser budget than BfA had, so don't hope for too much surprises.

but that's only the Syndicate though, the Blackthorn Bandits once served Sylvanas against Varimathras and Detheroc and then the Ravenholdt aren't hateful to the Horde

really don't have any reason to side with the horde, at all.

matter of survival and preservation from the Alliance perhaps?

Whatever, it's impossible for gameplay reasons. If Horde got Humans too, there would literally be no reason to play Alliance. Even as it is now, there's very little reason to play Alliance. The only major reason is that you can make a Human that looks somewhat like you, but if that was possible for the Horde too, Alliance would die. Horde already gets much better content as it is, and Ion never hid that he and all the devs team play Horde ever since Cata at least.
