Should i develop my map using world editor v1.27 or latest version? Is there any difference? Will some systems like Bribe work on the latest version?

World editor v1.27 or latest version

I would recommend the latest version as ultimately that is the version most players will play. Use SharpCraft to extend the editor rather than trying to use JNGP which is now end of life.

What i concern is will the latest version mess up the game systems that are available on this website.

Any system created after 1.24 patch should work accordingly. Some preload based ones however, is broken in several ways.
