World Editor Layer Camera Zoom in

Hi there fellow travelers. Stay a while and listen.

When I'm in any Layer then Camera I can zoom in into tiles but when I'm in Camera Layer I can't zoom in as far.
I need Camera Layer Zoom so I can make some Cinematics and many times I need closer Camera view on a Unit but I can't Zoom as much.

Is this normal a bug? Why can I Zoom in into tiles with any Layers except Camera Layer?

if i'm not mistaken, camera is related to the camera objects used for cinematic and those objects can't move through the terrain.
