Working progress, Demon Hunter Skin

I'm just wondering, how does the body wrap on the demon hunter model? Im just worried because Im not sure if the body is either just reflected on the back, or the body is spit in half and mirrored both sides... :/ also whats the Black thing at top middle bettween the body and the head for?

This is my current draft for my Amber Dark mage. It is not done, or close to it.
