Workers wont build

In a new map i'm making, the peasants will spawn the building, but it wont construct, does anyone know why?

Oh and the worker does have the repair ability.

Targets allowed are mechanical, bridge, structure, invulnerable, vulnerable, dead, alive, air, ground, non-ancient, friend. Make sure that what you are building matches the targets allowed. What you are building probably has Ancient or is missing Mechanical in its Unit Classification.

Nope, all of the classifications are mechanical, so it should work.

After the building spawn, manually click on repair, then click on the unit and see what error message comes up, e.g "unable to target Ancient/Can only target Mechanical". EDIT: Or maybe you don't have enough resources.

It says that it is currently under construction, although nothing is happening.

That's exactly what happens when peasants are ordered to build an invulnerable structure. Check that.

Instead of Power Build Cost set to 0, I made it 0.01 and it worked. :\ weird.

Is the race of the units Human? If I'm not mistaken the race must be the same as the repair ability it is based off of. IE Human Repair must be Human race, Renew must be NE, etc
