You should just keep looking at the wizard on blizzard's Diablo III page to finish working on this, the boots and shoulders on that wizard would fit on the sorceress model pretty well.
The cross of string in the front doesn't look right, you should have the point were they are mirrored be the point were both converge, like so
\
/
so they mirror like so
\/
/\
yours look more like this
\/\/
/\/\
which looks awkward because they go up and down in the middle without being attached to anything :/
also, you can alpha out the crown, and i'd recommend you do it because that massive cartoonish crown doesn't really fit Diablo, and the sorceress has plenty of hair behind it and alpha channels that will let you get rid of it anyways.
the design for the skirt looks strangely familiar, you did a nice job with the fabric part of it though. Is that all team color? Anyways you should probably do a sort of freyed-edge rather than gold trim with it, mostly because that is how it looks on the Diablo III wizard. you can just use black to accomplish this look considering alpha would cause team color to show through. I'm pretty sure the part of the skirt that end up being used for the loincloth-thingy is the bottom right corner, just in case you wanted to do anything there.
It looks like you didn't change the face from the sorceress skin, which is fine, but if you wanted to attempt a face you might be able to pull off one that looks closer to the original. It just takes a lot of tries and you should save an extra file just to see if you can pull it off. I'd say WC3 viewer is a requirement for doing this though, as it usually takes a fair amount of tries to get custom faces to look right. Make sure you mark were the eyes, bottom of the nose, and mouth are if you do this to. The nose and mouth will stay in the same spot, but you can change the lip thickness and the shape and size of the eyes.
Anyways, looks pretty cool so far, keep up the good work
