I know many people will say, there is war1gus, but it isn't completely faithful to the game itself when it comes to certain visual choices like fonts also the music issues.
While i was looking at GoG forums, i stumbled upon this project

The guy is porting all of Warcraft 1 itself into Windows with modern improvements, it's still early on, but everything is pretty much working.
