How the hell is he supposed to make it look like there's something behind the mountains? More mountains?

I love this terrain. Awesome tile variation coupled with great height variation makes for one sexy child. The doodad use is amazing of course, but that's expected of you.

First, raise the left hill a bit, and then lower the rest of the hills, as if they weren't so close to the screen as the left hill does. The smaller the hills are, the far you think they are, and the feeling of something behind them is encouraged (example1/exapmle2).

Yeah, and nice tile variation.

But what's beyond those mountains? Do you see my point? You have to stop somewhere.

Yep. Make them fade further and further into the background like a real mountain range. Also, you should tint the rocks a little lighter because right now they look pretty bad with the rock tiles. Also, you might want to use rock chunks instead that are lowered far into the ground so only the tops are showing. That just might look pretty nice.

Not all mountains are in ranges. Although adding more may look better in the end, just because it's realistic, doesn't make it look good. :p
