BahamutZERO just finished the blp2tga linux application which is urgently needed for the skin,icon and map upload.
A neat addtion is the app now can also convert .tga pictures to jpg. So war3mapPreview.tga's will be processed as well.
The application is now uploaded on the new Server. I now need to wait for the ISP to mark the app as executable.
My guess is all uploads will work in 1-2 days from now
