why pop-up dialog hide my score board ?

I have some problem with dialog kick vote system:
- sometime it kill my scoreboard (hide) when player start -votekick
- It happen sometime, not all time.

I don't know why it happan and how to fix it

I temporary fix them by call show scoreboard at the end of every votekick action.

do anyone know why dialog can affect scoreboard ?
which part of dialog function cause this ?
and what should I do to avoid this ?

Easiest solution is to simply redisplay it when a button of the dialog is pressed. WC3 engine is very buggy and often does not make the most sense so such trivilties as it disappearing for a few seconds while someone votes to kick are not important.
