Why my wave trigger isnt working :(

Heres the problem:
1) The creep doesnt spawn .. lol
2) after the first 30 seconds timer ended(wave 1), it will just directly create another 30 seconds timer(wave 2).
Objective: make all the creeps dead first then 2nd wave timer will appear.

Heres is my trigger. Please just look at the Waves+Init category.

I dont see any triggers, please provide them so we can check the code
