It doesn't work like that (above), but when I change like that (below) it actually works.

However, this second one (the functional) doesn't satisfy me. The idea is to make the enemies hear their death approaching, even if in fog of war (6000 Range). The idea is also not have everyone in the map hearing it. What is actually wrong there?

The rest of the effects work normally (creating Dummy etc).

Sounds are handled a bit strange in GUI. When adding a new sound to the sound editor its the same as creating a sound. A sound can only be played once at the same time. What you want to do when want to play several of the same sound at the same time is create sound, set some values, play sound and kill sound for each time you want to play it.

PurgeandFire's post here looks pretty explanatory Things That Leak

So apparently, sounds can't be played multiple times at the same time (like in a Pick Every Unit), unless I create and destroy the sound for each Unit using Jass. It cannot be done in GUI apparently.

Problem is my Jass knowledge is way too limited, so I don't know how would the Trigger look in Jass, but probably it would be this ''native CreateSound'' after Unit Pick and then "native KillSoundWhenDone". Thanks for the answer. Thing is I couldn't find any Sound in-depth Tutorial searching the whole site. If it wasn't for you linking this specific post.

Actually found the error for many of my latest problems related to these. It happens that the dummies that were not special effect (dummies that were supposed to cast some ability, like a storm bolt or an entangle) were with Sight Day and Night set to 0, so they actually couldn't do anything since they were created and couldn't target or play any sound. It was fog of war.
