Ok so I made this model in GMAX.
I kept it simple so I could get a handle on how this all works. In Magos the walk and stand animations are just fine, but in the game the stand animation looks funny, and it doesnt even play the walk animation.
I have no idea what is wrong with the death animation.
Would someone look at these and tell me what is wrong?
