Why can't i DL maps?

Friend told me about the site and i went to try and DL 3 maps so far. each time clicking the DL link takes me to a "page can't be displayed" and right clicking and "Save Target As" give me a no connection to server or some shit. Help please?

Try again when the bandwidth isnt so stressed, perhaps? You can also try refreshing the page.

Is it possible its a broken link? or does it do this with every map?
