Why cannot share control to other users?

Cos ppl abused it to buy legendary item for others and/or controling others heros to complete class advance q, and I asume this quest was made to force some1 to use brain and deserve reward.

Good ORPG's disable this function. It makes the player lazy, letting more pro players control their characters. And yes, as Hawajska said, it could be used to help other players complete their class change quest, which ruins the fun.
