Who created the other sites?

For my map I have been doing research and I would like to know, who created HelperNet and Wc3campaigns? I understand that in order to learn who they are, I would have to post around the sites and eventually I would figure it out. (like how I figured out ralle was the system admin here) So in order for me to learn sooner than that, can someone help me figure out the main admin for wc3campaigns and Helpernet?

Although vexorian does most of the admin stuff over at wc3c now since Tim. isn't very active
