Which is Slower?

Which one is slower?
loading a Point value, Mana, HP, custom value as an integer,

or saving hash integer,then loading the hash values on a unit?

i am talking about processing power and speed. thx.

Custom values will be faster. (if you are referring to using something like Bribe's indexing system over hashtables)

hashtables are a lot slower, custom values are very fast. merely having a hashtable takes up ram.

how about point value? and loading unit's mana / HP?

nvm, i guess they would be faster too, since it only has 1 value,

but isn't it similar to hash?

since it loads Key(Unit) Key(HP/Mana) ?

Hashtables are the slowest of the loading values in the game (as far as I know). Retrieving variable or unit data will be always faster.

I've heard game cache is even slower.
