Where to change basic orders' (move, stop, etc) tooltips?

Hi, I was wondering if you could modify the Move, Stop, ect... Tooltips (the text part, not the icon). I looked aa over in the game interface and couldnt find it. Help wold be apprecated.

I know that you can do it with WEU or UMSWE

Dont know if its possible with normal WE

On the top of the WE:

you need to export a txt file from war3.mpq, modify the tooltips in the exported file then import it into your map. but i don't remember how the file is called

Looked for the text file for 15 minutes, but I can't seem to find it... Sorry.
