Control your language if you want help.

Anyway, here's my list of good, free tools, and by the way, have you heard about google?

The Gimp - A very nice paint program.
Oinkerwinkle's MDL tools - Oinkerwinkle's modelling tools.
War 3 Model Editor - Magos' model editor, can convert between the blp and tga file formats so it's also useful for skinning, and moreover it has a fast and stable mpq browser.

Don't forget the Wc3 Viewer2
Magos' is better for some things but it has more bugs.

You can download the Wc3 Viewer2 here:
http://www.wc3sear.ch/index.php?p=Tools&ID=11&sid=c4892ff4c332a16a90cee212eca2663d

Here is a link to the file converter, to convert MDXes and BLP's
http://www.wc3sear.ch/index.php?p=Tools&ID=3&sid=c4892ff4c332a16a90cee212eca2663d

And the Image extractor:

And btw Paintshop Pro or Photoshop are best for skinning, but those cost money.
