What's wrong with that spell..

skyblader333 has made a spell for me but he doesnt work.. he wanted to look after it but now he is out of time. mabye anyone else can look for it.
i have it in the attachments
the spell is: LS_lightning strike
multiboard is wrong too but.. i am real noob sry^^

I've viewed but I can't find any problem since I don't understands what this spell actually does.

when i want to activate the spell there come some errors like:
line 480 482 484 486 491 501
there are some mistakes stand there :/ but i dont know what is the mistake
argumenttyp.. endif.. typkonflict...

When I'm trying to run it it gives me no error.
Problem maybe the following:
-You're using RoC WE
-Your War3:FT's version is not 1.24b or above

When you run your warcraft III, the numbers at the bottom right should be 1.24.4(loads of numbers) That's the latest version.

Ya, and make sure the WE you used is with no icon. Not with a brown-ish scroll icon.
