What's the difference betwen a peon icon and a grunt icon in the Hive?

I am very curious. What's the difference of the peon icon and the grunt icon in the Hive?

P.S. I also wonder how to 'evolve' from peon icon to grunt icon......

I think you get the grunt icon when you've hit 100 posts.
Nothing more fancy than that.
