What program to use?

Hi everyone,
I want to open a map so I can learn from it.I selected that map cause it seems very good and complete.But its protected,how do i open it?Must i use a specific program or the same programs to protect a map?I would like to know that.

omg, all day long. its against the rules to discuss map protection here. however, try using weu because it may appear to be protected only because they used weu and not normal we.
