well, we haven't know yet what the answer he seek.. the question was vague though.. Unholy Frenzy "causes damage per second" too.. but it's not a passive ability

If you want it to be an aura, you can create a spell based on Unholy Aura and change the hp regen to negative values and the targets to enemies.

its just permanent immolation because you don't have to trigger it

Aura with negative regeneration isn't detected as damage... wich is pretty interesting.
