what games have the best mods

i have a lot of strategy games but i havent found good mods for all of them. i am a fan of mods that adds new factions. what games contains the best mods of that type.

Warcraft 3,
Becuase Technecly all The Custom maps and campaings are mods, so I would start with that.

I have tried some diablo 2 mods they are kinda fun.
I can't think of anything else right now.

i meant stratagy games all along but i thought it was so obvious that i didnt mention it.(this forum is focused on strategy games.) i just edited the first post to say strategy games.

there is quite a number of good mods for command and conquer generals zero hour. i suggest that you download crosus, it have a lot of mods for specific games like command and conquer generals zero hour.

Counter-Strike has some mods also.

GTA San Andreas is one of the most modded games I think, and yeah, it's not strategy game, but there's a strategy mod! Wahaha...

Battle Realms has a World Editor also...

Warcraft 3! Haven't you heard of it? I heard that there's a site that focuses on that game, you can download maps, models, etc! But I don't know what site it is, it starts with letter H?

strategy mods for a non strategy games is interesting. warcraft 3 is covered by this website. is there any mods for rival realms? is there any mods for the settlers 3 or 4? is there any mods for command and conquer tiberian sun or command and conquer 3 that adds stuff?
