What happens after I upload a tool?

It goes to a magical bin of fairies and pixie dust, where the good elf sorts the nice tools from the bad ones. But the elf got addicted to a video game and has been gone for a long time, the fairies are withering away and dying, and the pixie dust is going bad.

Hahahha, nice explanation. As far as I know only Darky is able to authorize new tools, no one else.

Actually, I am the Tools Section moderator, but for some time now I have been unable to approve tools to be added, so I can't really help you.
