What does WEU mean by 'Human Upgrade Set 1'?

i need to figure out how i can give 'Human Upgrade Set 1' to 2 units of mine for my rpg... (to add range to a unit using triggers u can use this but i cant find the upgrade) its for when you acquire a bow, i dont want to go through all the crap of making copying 2 units and adding range blah blah blah...
