This thread updated and I did not get a notification

I was thinking it was a weird bug but now that I am reporting it, I am wondering, was I not notified of the post by Daffa tonight because specifically the resource is Substandard?

If that is the problem, then I guess this is "case closed" and it's intentional and not a bug, but I thought it was really weird that I saw a post on something I thought would notify me, and I had not known about the post

Substandard does not exist .

Honestly, it's not because it was substandard but possibly because it was replied to once before and you had not viewed it since. If two people reply to a thread you watch, you only get the first alert until the thread is marked as read once more. This could happen over a couple of days.
