it's pretty simple, but It produces amazing results. first, download the heroglow model pack (theres 2 either ones fine), put the model in WE, scale it to 7.00, and place it on your map. you now have simulated lighting! you can overlap three or more to create that shiny effect on the world around your units, like the ones where butterflies are flying around and peaceful music is playing. this is really cool and looks super nice, and you can also pick your color of lighting, by changing the player it belongs to.
You'll should really try this it works really well. changing the scale of it 1-100 (in a doodads case) can light widespread areas. but don't overscale it, or it will look strange from some camera angles. If you stay in game cam for your map, It wont matter; but for cines, just dont overscale it.
