Wc3 Viewer

Recently downloaded warcraft 3 preveiwer, http://wc3sear.ch/index.php?p=Tools&ID=11&sid= but when i open it it either immediantly closes or waits 3 seconds then closes, the program window thingy w/e lol gets all these little pink things on it aswell. Sometimes when i restart itl work, but then itl stop working later. My dad recently installed windows vista (recently as in yesterday) would this have anythign to do with maybe my dad forgot to install something or...i dont anything, your help is appreciated if you could point out whats wrong.

Windows vista=crap..
cant handle..alot of things...
wc3 viewer works fine for me, some little errors that it closes when im browsing files but thats it..
im thinkin vista is the prob here.
