Wc3 Map Translation?

hi guys i was just wondering if any of you have a clue of how to translate a map in wc3 for example Naruto Castle Defense.
Like what programs do I need to open the map and how do I modify the map with translation without destroying the actual map?

But ... but .... go in "programm files", "maps", "download" and search your map.
Then copy it in "my documents".
open w3 world editor
open the map
