Now that custom campaigns are possible in the reforged version. Are there any custom campaigns that go over the story of WC l and WC ll ?

Yeah, just use the site's search engine please. It's quite an easy find. Although there are no Warcraft I campaigns specifically made for Reforged to my knowledge.
