Warcraft III World Maps

I know official Warcraft III maps (the ones from the manual that have been chopped up and used for campaign loading screens) have only been made for Lordaeron, Quel'thalas, Ashenvale and Barrens, but maybe there have been any made by fans?
Ideally for the rest of subcontinent of Lordaeron (i.e. Gilneas, Stromgarde, Kul Tiras, Southshore, that sort of things) but any areas of Azeroth are fine.

(note - I'm talking about artwork maps, not playable maps)
