Warcraft III reforged not use all GPU

The problem is the following when you open the game and check the resources that are used only 17% or even 0% of the gpu is used.

GPU: GTX 1050 ti
CPU:Intel core i7 3770 CPU @ 3.40 GHz (4 CPUs)
RAM: 16GB RAM
Monitor: 1920x1080@ 74HZ
