Choose undead as race.
You may want to take a look at gameplay interface and the import manager so you can change the path of your custom imported texture to the one that is used for the undead mouse cursor.
And this question is a WE related question (as long as you want to have it in a specific map) so it should be in World Editor Help Zone...
