Cursor and Warcraft Crash

I need your help guys i just make my own cursor and when i going to test it know the warcraft 3 suddenly crash. anyone know why this my own made cursor

Either badly formatted model, or badly formatted texture.

Check the model is not the cause by using the same texture on a standard, known to work, cursor model. Check the texture is not the cause by getting the same model to use a standard, known to work, texture.

Once the cause is identified a solution can be considered.
