warcraft 3 world editor BIG PROBLEM

I have search on youtube allready but I cant find something about this:
I want to make a hero wars map but I cant make custom spells I dont have that button look at the pictureI have only units and items.
????? I dont know if u can see the picture but in the object editor I see only unit and item

go to Object editor, and press Abilities

go into Warcraft 3, press BattleNet, if you get a patch it could be fixed or its a bug

Start by making sure you got TFT installed.. That could be the reason.

He doesn't have the ''The Frozen Throne'' Expansion pack for Warcraft 3 Reign of Chaos.
Buy it, its pretty much essential to real good maps
