WarCraft 3 Multiple Instances in Current Patch?

Hi there I'm looking for a way to run more than one instance of WC3 on the same computer. I know there used to be a loader for this that worked as recently as last year. Is there a way to accomplish this in the current patch? Thank you all kindly in advance
