Warcraft 3 lobby doesn't allow me to download the map, kicks me instead.

The video and its description show/explain the problem. For no reason the game doesnt allow me to download the map and kicks me instead.

What the hell is the reason for this? Been happening to my friend(s) as well. Then, it seems to some other randoms it does not happen...

Means the map is broken. Old maps especially used an exploit in wc3 that allowed them to surpass wc3 limitations. Unfortunately this exploit could be used to make people download viruses so Blizzard prevented the exploit and therefore broke a ton of maps that were using it.
