Warcraft 3 is broken?

After installing the new update when trying to run the game a error pops up saying "Warcraft unable to initialize. Error 0." anyway to possibly solve this?

Yeah i also got that error once. The only thing that works for me is "Warcraft III Launcher.exe" but it takes pretty long to start up.

I was somehow able to Get War3 functioning, but it requested CD-Keys after tons of digging I found them but now I wont go into full screen (I cant turn off Fixed Aspect Ratio)
