Warcraft 3 Campaign

Is there any way to get the last level of WC3, the assault of the burning legion versus the world tree, into the world editor? I want to make this a 3 player map, instead of having 2 pc's controlling the humanoids and orcs. Any ideas?

i don't believe you can access maps from the official campaign without hacking.

Umm... aren't they in mpq so it can be extracted?

i don't have the slightest idea. it's very possible that they could be, but i believe that would be a step or two towards hacking.

Edit: it would be maybe a twitch towards hacking, it's only using third-party editing programs. WC3 is a mod-able game, which makes it kind of okay (although you may have problems over BNet)

Yes they are in the MPQ. Here, use this so you can veiw them and then just double click on them and they will open in the editor. http://hiveworkshop.com/resources_new/tools/470/

On a side note, I think I tried to do this once and it was all messed up when you would start the game, but I'm not sure, it may have been the last Undead mission...

I don't suggest trying it. Blizzard has some Ai stuff in there. Its hard to edit, I'm pretty sure.

Yeah I mostly had problems with th emap keep fading out about every 5 seconds or so. And one sound effect wouldn't stop playing. It ended (eventually) after about five minutes. lol fun
