War3Model Editor broke

Hi guys can someone help me fix my War3model editor? i tried to open it and this popped up

"The application can not be initialized properly (0xc000007b)"

Please someone help me

A quick google search reveals that it may have to do with broken/missing files (most likely related to the .NET framework). Two options:

Use the system file checker:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833

OR

Repair the NET framework ('Method 2' in the following link):
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/976982

Or you can probably just download the latest NET framework and the OS will probably handle the repairs/updates as necessary.
