War Stomp, Spell Request + Rep!

Hi! I need a spell like War Stomp but with other functions..

The hero slams the ground with such force, damages nearby enemy units based on strength and knocks them back in the distance of 300. The damage should be 1.8x/2.4x/3x/3.6x the casting heros strength. This is maybe a bit hard to do but I would be really happy if anyone could do this becase it's really needed to my map!

Many thanks! I though it should be hard to find someone doing this. Could u just please fix the tooltip of the War Stomp ability so it does what it says and import the spell to the map I sended u.
