Eliminations view is just fine as it allready is, in my oppinion that is

As the view of the tester, the game is perfectly fine at the moment. Of course there is more to come - it's only version 3.1, it's great. Locking the camera will be unbalanced because rocket will not be able to be used full capacity, and that also means the move-shot can be ruined if in first person view. Also creates a bit of lag for low-computer users.
