can you teach me how to custom the tips and help in Wacraft III

The tips from the menu? Like the game tips? I don't think you could modify hat in any sort of way.

I recall it's possible editing the QUESTS, GAME MENU, ALLIANCE, CHAT LOG buttons, they're all placed in Gameplay Interface(?)

The names, yes. But I think he meant this:

There's an old document file which held that data (I forgot which one).

Well if you could direct me to that document, I'd be a happy man.

If you open the war3.mpq/war3x.mpq, there should be this file: UI\Tips.txt.
Export it, edit it, and import it into your map with the original path.

Im not sure its the correct path, because I dont have an MPQ editor installed.
But I know you can overwrite the tips, because I have done it years ago.
