Well when people judge your skins their using a 1/5 rating system
So when you said "ive been voted 11 times a 1", that doesn't mean People dont like you as a user
It means it means people dont like your skins

If you want your rating up, just keep on trying but use only the cream of your crop (if its good)

Actually... your wrong also... if it says 11 times voted a one, that means that you thought 11 of other peoples rescources deserved a one rating. Thats YOU adding ones, not other people...
