I'm creating a map somewhat similar to Vampirism. So the problem is that when a human dies and respawns as a vampire, he still is able to view the minimap for the last locations for his allies. Is there some way to remove this?

Moin moin =)

Sorry, but why you don't understand it? ^^ Even with my very bad English I understand this =D ( maybe you just didn't play Vamprisim )

I don't know if you can change this, I saw it at so many maps and for now I don't know, how you can change something like that - sorry.

The problem: ( for you Raven0 )

You got 2 teams. Now if team 1 kills the builder from one player of team 2, this player becomes a member of team 1. While this player was in team 2, he can see this allies. When this player changed now to team 1, he still see the places on the minimap, where his ex allies build there bases - and that's the problem ( He want "clean" the minimap, so it looks like the same when the game starts )

Greetings and Peace

In order to do something like that, you'd need to do a minimap trick.

I'm not sure if this is even possible with a minimap trick, though.

Check Water War in the maps section (It's open source, I think) to see what I mean by minimap trick. They do a real good one, there.

1. Make him to unally every Human.

2. Create Visibility modifier to entier map for Player X so that he cant see anything.

3. Remove the Visibility modifier that you just created.

4. You shouldnt be able to see the buildings anymore?

Thanks guys. I'll go try it out now.

Edit: Super-sheep's method didn't work. I'll go check out Water Wars.
