Minimap tilted issue

I have an issue with the minimap... it does not correspond to the game locations. The entire minimap seem to be moved a bit to the right-bottom. Is there a way I can force the game to readjust the minimap so that the units and structures are being displayed on their correct locations on minimap?

Not possible. Mini-map image is generated at map save time.

It sounds like you have modified the camera bounds of the map dynamically using triggers. That is the most common cause of mal-aligned mini-map.
